Your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information, or personal information will not be rented or sold to any third party without your permission. If you have purchased from Lost Key Music, we may occasionally use your e-mail to make you aware of new products.
Due to the nature of digital product delivery, refunds will not be possible. If you are having technical difficulties working with the file(s) you downloaded, assistance can be provided.
You have 24 hours after you first open the email containing the digital product(s) to print and/or backup your product. Lost Key Music is not responsible for failure to print and/or backup your product.
Physical Products Lost Key Music does not accept returns on print music, unless the it was damaged when you received it. If this is the case, please contact Lost Key Music within 10 days of receiving the item. The customer is responsible for costs associated with returning the item.
Due to the nature of digital product delivery, cancellations for downloadable merchandise cannot be accommodated once the transaction has been processed.
Physical product orders can be cancelled if you contact Lost Key Music at email@example.com before the order has shipped. If it has shipped, the customer will be responsible for returning the item undamaged before a refund can be issued.
